The Regulatory Affairs Manager will lead regulatory strategies for the Malaysia and Singapore Personal Healthcare portfolio to ensure market access and product compliance. This role involves managing product registrations, lifecycle activities, and building strong relationships with health authorities and internal stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and possess 3–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of local regulatory requirements in Malaysia and Singapore are essential for success.
About the Role
Join P&G Personal Healthcare as a Regulatory Affairs Manager for Malaysia and Singapore, where you will play a critical role in enabling trusted products, accelerating market access, and maintaining regulatory compliance across two dynamic healthcare markets. This role offers the opportunity to influence business decisions, partner with regional and global teams, and shape regulatory strategies that support innovation and business growth.
You will be responsible for translating local regulatory requirements into practical business solutions across product registration, lifecycle management, artwork and labeling compliance, promotional review, and regulatory risk management. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
