Responsible for the safe changeover of injection molds and the setup of injection molding machines according to technical documentation. This includes regulating process parameters to ensure quality, optimizing automation, and performing fault analysis to implement preventive actions.
Requires at least one year of experience as an injection molding setter or technologist with knowledge of plastic processing and mold construction. Candidates must have practical knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics, and be willing to work in a 3-shift system.

Wdrażanie standardów eliminujących straty w procesach

Wsparcie i dzielenie się wiedzą z zespołem (w zależności od doświadczenia)
Minimum roczne doświadczenie w pracy na stanowisku ustawiacza wtryskarek/technologa
Znajomość zasad przetwórstwa tworzyw sztucznych metodą wtrysku
Podstawowa znajomość budowy oraz zasady działania form wtryskowych
Mile widziana znajomość wtryskarek Demag i Engel
Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej
Praktyczna znajomość mechaniki, pneumatyki, hydrauliki, automatyki, przeniesienia napędu
Umiejętność logicznego myślenia i pracy zespołowej
Gotowość do pracy w systemie 3-zmianowym (również w weekendy)
