The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and improving efficiency for platform picking. This includes designing new processes, conducting bottleneck analysis, and leading continuous improvement cycles within the line triad.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with at least 3 years of manufacturing experience. Candidates must be proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical process control tools.
The Picking Platform Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality for platform picking. As a Picking Platform Process Engineer you will learn the required technical manufacturing skills, onboard to IWS, develop general leadership skills, and leverage digital analytics. The Process Engineer will be part of the line triad and support the continuous improvement cycle for the line, including owning daily direction setting and run to target as part of the execution.
