The Loan Officer is responsible for developing strategies to satisfy customer needs through residential mortgage products and services. Key duties include verifying loan application data, advising clients on home loan options, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure business flow.
Candidates must possess a valid NMLS license and applicable state licensing, with two to five years of experience preferred. Additionally, they must meet specific production targets, complete Xinnix training, or have an assigned mentor.
