Act as the primary contact for customer projects and orders from quote to fulfillment. Coordinate between internal teams and customers to ensure timely delivery and exceptional experiences using ERP and CRM tools.
Requires 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics with strong communication skills. Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems is required, with Salesforce and manufacturing experience being significant advantages.
