Serve as a technical leader and people manager overseeing a team of Service Engineers to support and optimize physical security systems. Act as a subject matter expert for complex technical escalations and provide advanced training to clients and staff.
Requires a minimum of 6 years of technical experience in physical security systems with expert knowledge of Genetec, Axis, DMP, and Mercury. Must possess strong leadership abilities, network protocol knowledge, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Description
As a Senior Service Engineer, you will serve as a technical leader and people manager playing a critical role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing physical security systems. In addition to hands-on advanced engineering work, this role oversees and mentors a team of Service Engineers, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and exceptional client experiences.
You will work closely with clients, service coordinators, engineers, and technicians to resolve complex issues, drive continuous improvement, and ensure systems meet project specifications and organizational standards.
