Premier Cooperative is seeking a dependable and hardworking Calf Feed Delivery Driver to safely deliver bulk calf feed to farm customers throughout our service area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building relationships with customers, and being part of the agriculture industry.
This position operates a paddle truck and requires a strong commitment to safety, customer service, and attention to detail. Due to the demands of agriculture, candidates should be prepared for longer hours, as customer needs and delivery schedules often require flexibility.
Safely operate and maintain a bulk feed delivery truck equipped with a paddle delivery system.
Deliver calf feed to customers in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Load and unload feed products according to company procedures.
Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly.
Complete required paperwork, electronic logs, and delivery documentation.
Provide outstanding customer service and serve as a positive representative of Premier Cooperative.
Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.
Assist with yard, warehouse, and feed operations as needed.
Work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends during peak seasons.

Valid CDL with appropriate endorsements (or ability to obtain).
Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements.
Agricultural background or knowledge of livestock and feed preferred.
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage delivery routes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with feed delivery.
Willingness to work longer hours during seasonal peaks and high-demand periods.
