The Batch Technician is responsible for measuring, weighing, and mixing wax, pigments, and fragrances to supply production lines. They must also maintain equipment cleanliness, monitor wax temperatures, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and basic math skills, with experience in manufacturing or batching preferred. Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and the capacity to interpret formulas and convert measurements are required.

ROLE PURPOSE : The Batch Technician (Wax) is accountable for reviewing work orders and measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients such as wax, pigment and fragrances in order to supply the production lines with raw materials.
