The Senior Business Change Manager will lead the delivery of strategic priorities across the Retail Turnaround Plan by providing governance, insight, and structure. Candidates should be experienced transformation professionals with a strong background in retail operations, programme delivery, and stakeholder management. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior executive audiences.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering strategic change across our Retail Transformation agenda. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Change Manager who can bring structure, pace and clarity to a high-profile programme of work.
At Pets at Home, we’re on an ambitious journey to become the best pet care business in the world. To get there, we’re continuing to evolve how our retail business operates, making sure our strategy, customer experience and transformation priorities are clearly connected and delivered at pace.
As Senior Business Change Manager, you’ll help lead the delivery of strategic priorities across the Retail Turnaround Plan, bringing structure, clarity and momentum to key workstreams.
You’ll work closely with senior leaders, workstream owners and frontline stakeholders to ensure change activity is aligned to the wider retail and business strategy. You’ll provide the governance, insight and communication needed to help teams make informed decisions, manage risks and dependencies, and embed new ways of working that deliver sustainable outcomes.
This is a high-profile, hybrid role based from our Support Office in Handforth.
You’ll be an experienced change or transformation professional who is confident working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
You’ll bring:
Experience in retail, multi-channel environments or large-scale transformation programmes would be advantageous, but we’re also open to hearing from people from other industries who bring the right skills and expertise.
