Penny Paws Animal Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our busy weekend Vaccine Clinic in Arlington, Texas. What Our Veterinary Technicians Do

• Perform blood draws and collect diagnostic samples
• Administer vaccines, medications, and treatments as directed
• Safely handle and restrain patients using low-stress techniques whenever possible
• Assist veterinarians during examinations and wellness appointments
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records
• Prepare treatment areas and ensure equipment is clean, organized, and ready for patient care
• Educate clients on preventive care recommendations and treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture

What Our Veterinary Technicians Bring

• Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician
• Credentialed Veterinary Technicians are strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong technical, communication, and client service skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence working with dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments
• Experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus
• A commitment to providing outstanding patient care and client service
