Develops estimate take-offs, pricing build-ups, and project schedules for federal construction and environmental proposals. Supports the creation of cost and price volumes, ensuring compliance with federal regulations like FAR and DFARS.
Requires at least two years of experience in scheduling, estimating, or government contracting pricing with proficiency in MS Excel and RS Means. A bachelor's degree in a related field and OSHA 30-Hour certification are preferred.
