Serve as the primary point of contact for client support requests, resolving Tier 1 incidents and managing workstation support for Windows and macOS. Responsible for ticket lifecycle management, proactive environment monitoring, and executing user lifecycle workflows.
Requires 1-3 years of customer-facing IT support experience, including at least one year within an MSP environment. Must be a resident of the Philippines capable of working US Pacific Time zone hours with strong English communication skills.
