The Lead Technician will perform high-quality servicing, repairs, and refits on marine systems including propulsion, steering, and plumbing for yachts up to 30m. They are responsible for managing projects, producing technical reports, and ensuring all work meets Oyster Yachts' exceptional standards.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the marine engineering sector with strong knowledge of mechanical and plumbing systems. Fluency in English and Spanish, along with a full driving license and EU work permit, is required.

As a Lead Technician within our Service department, based in Palma de Mallorca, you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining Oyster yachts up to 30m. Working across a wide range of mechanical, propulsion, steering, and plumbing systems, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing, repairs, and refit activities to the exceptional standards expected of Oyster Yachts.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong marine engineering knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach. You will work closely with owners, captains, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
