The Account Manager is responsible for driving territory sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction in South Florida. Key duties include prospecting new clients, managing maintenance agreement renewals, and collaborating with operations to resolve customer concerns.
Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in outside sales, property management, or HVAC sales. A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
