Provides courteous customer service to patients in person and via phone while managing registration and demographics. Responsible for verifying insurance, collecting copays, and ensuring accurate data entry into the EMR system.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service and preferably 2 years of medical experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency with EMR or practice management systems are desired.
