Le poste est basé en France, sur notre site d'Arcueil, à Paris.
Le poste consiste à suivre toutes les commandes (nationales et internationales), la gestion des stocks en consignation et des kits de prêt pour chirurgies ainsi que toutes demandes de clients concernant la gestion des commandes.
Ce poste doit traiter avec d’autres départements de la société et des collègues internationaux. Cette personne sera responsable de plusieurs secteurs de vente et échangera avec l'équipe des ventes, des finances et des opérations en France, et avec le service à la clientèle et l’equipe Sales Operations en Italie.
Ce poste interagira sur base quotidienne avec des clients externes, des agents et des distributeurs internationaux.
Le poste proposé est un contrat à durée déterminée (CDD).
La durée peut aller jusqu’à un maximum de 12 mois.
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou maîtrise
• Une expérience dans des tâches liées à l'administration/au service à la clientèle est préférable
• Langue maternelle française
• Anglais courant requis
• Capable d´utiliser Microsoft Office 2010 ou version ultérieure, avoir des experience dans la gestion des bases de données, des systèmes ERP (eg SAP, Oracle) et de systèmes CRM comme Salesforce
