Lead the estimating process for new construction electrical projects from initial drawing review to final proposal submission. Develop accurate budgets and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and general contractors.
Requires over 7 years of electrical estimating experience and a Journeyman Electrician license, with a Master Electrician license preferred. Must be proficient in estimating software like Accubid and Bluebeam and have a strong background in commercial construction.
The Senior Electrical Estimator requires deep expertise in new construction electrical projects. This individual will lead the estimating process from initial drawing review through final proposal submission. They have strong knowledge of electrical systems, labor and material pricing, and maintain strong relationships within the electrical and general contractor community. Expected to have an entrepreneurial, startup mindset who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and helping grow a construction business.
