Role
The Revenue Analyst is a key player in the day-to-day management of all opportunities and orders within the Salesforce environment. This role is dedicated to delivering a consistent approach to opportunity management and ensuring the accuracy of all data across our CRM and supporting systems.
Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
Manage and oversee opportunities and orders within Salesforce to ensure a consistent approach and high data quality
Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness, flagging and resolving inconsistencies
Reporting & Analysis
Build and maintain recurring revenue reports and dashboards covering pipeline, win rates and deal velocity
Deliver ad hoc analysis to support commercial and operational decision-making
Support forecasting cycles by ensuring pipeline data is accurate and current
Process & Operations
Assist in the quote-to-cash process, including order management
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align processes and data management
Develop and maintain documentation for opportunity management processes and best practices
Partner & Stakeholder Support
Serve as a point of contact for partner orders, account creation, and key revenue systems
Provide support to resolve partner and internal queries, ensuring a seamless experience
Enablement
Support onboarding and training of sales team members on Salesforce and key revenue systems
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in CRM data management, preferably within Salesforce.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in process documentation and improvement.
