The Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding the US market by developing key automotive and industrial accounts to achieve revenue and margin targets. Candidates must have a B.S. in Industrial, Mechanical, or a related engineering field and over 5 years of experience, preferably in the fastener or C-class components industry. Strong skills in project management, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving are required.
