Provide high-quality, patient-centered orthopedic care within an outpatient clinic setting. Collaborate with a therapist-owned team to deliver specialized treatment and contribute to the growth of a new clinic location.
Must hold a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and an active Texas Physical Therapy License. Experience in outpatient orthopedics and the physical ability to lift 40+ pounds and stand for extended periods are required.

Optimal Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time, self-motivated physical therapist who is dedicated to providing high quality patient centered care. Join our innovative physical therapy team where you will leverage advanced AI tools and cutting edge EMR, earn meaningful revenue share, and accelerate your professional growth in a forward-thinking clinic. We are a well-established, therapist-owned, outpatient physical therapy clinic serving The Greater Amarillo Area with a variety of specialties.
We are currently expanding our practice, opening a fourth clinic inside a medical office building. This clinic will provide general orthopedic care with an additional emphasis on overall wellness.

Requirements
High-level visual and auditory acuity for monitoring patient care
Ability to move frequently throughout the clinic
Ability to walk or stand at least 5 hours a day
Occasional overhead and low reaching
Ability to lift and/or carry over 40 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to push/pull over 50 pounds on a regular basis
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Compensation: $75,000-80,000
