En tant que Responsable qualité des opérations de production , vous apporterez vos compétences, votre curiosité et votre envie de rendre la santé plus simple, plus intelligente et plus humaine.
Assurer l’application de la politique qualité de l’entreprise et le respect des procédures qualité dans les Ateliers de Production afin de délivrer des produits conformes.
Assurer la coordination entre les différents intervenants pour produire des lots conformes et respecter strictement les systèmes qualité mis en place au sein de l’usine (déviations, change control, APR, traitement des réclamations, traitement des fiches de non-conformité, système documentaire, mise en place des CAPAs correctifs et préventifs, risk management, validation) ; participer aux réunions quotidiennes de la Production (QDCI2, VSB …).
Planifier, coordonner et réaliser la revue des dossiers de fabrication, conditionnement et contrôle qualité tout en respectant les délais pour leur libération. Réaliser et vérifier les investigations en coordination avec l’unité de Production.
Assurer la tenue de tous les enregistrements qualité papiers et électroniques.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance liés à l’activité revue des dossiers de lots et proposer les axes d’amélioration dans la Production et analyser les écarts.
Définir les actions correctives et préventives nécessaires auprès des responsables concernés.
Traiter les résultats analytiques atypiques ou hors spécifications en menant les enquêtes et définissant les plans d’actions nécessaires.
Vérifier régulièrement sur le terrain l’application des plans d’actions définis suite aux évènements.
Tenue à jour du tableau de bord de suivi journalier de la gestion des évènements.
Conduite d’une analyse de tendance mensuelle des évènements.
Assurer la formation sur le traitement des anomalies mineures résolues sur terrain comme des annotations documentées dans les dossiers des lots ou les log books.
Préparer des standards décrivant la démarche à suivre dans le cas des déviations récurrentes et ce sous forme de supports simples qui seront affichés dans les locaux de production.
Veiller au respect des BPF et des procédures internes au niveau des ateliers de fabrication et des différents services par la présence continue sur terrain et la conduite d’audit-flashs (ou visite terrains) au niveau des différents secteurs.
Participer aux projets et GPS
Réaliser le rapport d’activité mensuelle et présentations liées
Tous les niveaux de management démontrent leur engagement visible pour HSE et ont la responsabilité particulière de donner l'exemple.
Ils démontrent une culture forte et proactive orientée vers la promotion de comportements positifs à tous les niveaux de l'organisation (animation des programmes et outils HSE : tel que HSE8, signaux faibles, Zéro Access, etc.).
Les managers sont responsables de la réalisation du cursus d’habilitation HSE des employés, veillent à ce que les risques soient correctement évalués et maîtrisés, initient et participent aux enquêtes sur les accidents dans leur domaine de responsabilité.
Pharmacien avec Expérience minimale de 3 ans.
Expérience de production, qualité dans le domaine pharmaceutique.
Expérience justifiée dans la gestion des équipes et / ou des projets.
Connaissances en anglais, très bon niveau de français parlé et écrit.
Maîtrise des BPF.
Management des équipes en transverse ; Management des projets.
Maîtrise des connaissances HSE et des outils Lean appliqués.
