Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including staffing, provider scheduling, and facility maintenance. Lead and develop staff through coaching and conflict resolution while ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of lead or supervisory experience, preferably in primary care. BLS and/or CPR/AED certification is required, with medical assistant experience and certifications strongly preferred.
