Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, and inventory maintenance. Lead and develop the kitchen team while monitoring budgets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification and the ability to work in high-temperature environments.
