The trainee will support the logistics office in managing goods receipt, handling transport documentation, and updating ERP/WMS systems. Additionally, they will be involved in operational warehouse activities such as packing, labeling, and inventory management.
Candidates should have a strong interest in both administrative and operational logistics and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Precision, organizational skills, and a willingness to perform physical warehouse tasks are required.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’ufficio logistico e supporterà il team nelle attività di gestione del ricevimento merci, con un focus sia su attività documentali/gestionali sia su un coinvolgimento operativo in magazzino.
Il/la trainee acquisirà competenze sui flussi inbound e outbound, sull’utilizzo dei sistemi informativi di magazzino e collaborerà attivamente con fornitori, uffici interni e personale operativo, partecipando anche alle attività di preparazione delle spedizioni.
Supporto nella gestione amministrativa del ricevimento merci
Verifica e controllo della documentazione di trasporto (DDT, ordini, bolle)
Inserimento e aggiornamento dati nei sistemi gestionali (ERP/WMS)
Monitoraggio delle consegne e dei flussi in ingresso
Segnalazione di eventuali non conformità (quantitative/documentali)
Coordinamento con il magazzino operativo per le attività di scarico, stoccaggio e movimentazione
Supporto nelle attività di preparazione spedizioni (imballo, etichettatura e movimentazione merce)
Collaborazione alle attività operative di magazzino, a supporto del team
Supporto nelle attività di reportistica logistica (KPI, giacenze, movimenti)
Archiviazione documentale e gestione pratiche amministrative logistiche
Supporto nelle attività di inventario (lato gestionale e operativo)
Requisiti
Interesse per attività logistiche sia gestionali che operative
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel in particolare)
Precisione, organizzazione e attenzione al dettaglio
Buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team
Attitudine all’utilizzo di strumenti digitali e gestionali
Disponibilità a svolgere attività operative in magazzino
