Collaborate with the Department Manager to lead produce operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. Manage daily tasks including team coaching, inventory ordering, merchandising, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Requires a post-secondary business education and at least one year of supervisory experience in a similar role. Candidates must be able to handle physical labor in various temperature conditions and work a flexible schedule including weekends.
