Partner with the Department Manager to lead the delivery of exceptional food and service experiences while managing daily operations. Responsibilities include preparing fresh food offerings, coaching team members, and handling administrative tasks like payroll and inventory.
Requires a post-secondary program in Culinary Management and at least one year of supervisory experience in a similar role. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule and perform physically demanding tasks in various temperature conditions.
