The veterinary receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and patients, managing the appointment calendar, and providing exceptional customer service. They also handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and explaining hospital services to pet owners.
Candidates should have previous veterinary reception experience and possess strong communication and organizational skills. The role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and proficiency with veterinary practice-management software.
