THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to step into a parental leave cover and lead the OneRoof brand through an exciting phase of growth.

Reporting to the GM Digital & Marketing – OneRoof, you’ll take ownership of how OneRoof shows up in market—driving brand strategy, leading high-impact campaigns, and growing both audience and brand performance metrics.

This is a rare chance to work across a well-known digital brand, blending consumer and trade marketing to influence both property seekers and real estate agents.

HOW YOU'LL DO IT:

• Lead and deliver integrated brand and marketing campaigns across digital, social, outdoor, TV and NZME channels to grow audience.

• Own the brand marketing mix and use data and insights to optimise performance, identify opportunities and drive results.

• Develop clear, high-quality briefs and partner closely with creative to ensure consistent, impactful brand execution.

• Collaborate across Sales, Trade Marketing, Data & Insights and other teams to deliver effective, targeted campaigns.

• Support agent engagement through strategic communications, trade marketing and campaigns that build advocacy for OneRoof.

• Contribute to the delivery of events, sponsorships and trade activity, including planning, execution and evaluation.

• Lead a small brand team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture.

ABOUT YOU:

• 6–8+ years’ experience in brand or marketing management

• Proven experience with leading and supporting teams

• Strong track record delivering integrated, results-driven campaigns

• Experience managing budgets and working in fast-paced, changing environments

• Confident using data and insights (e.g. Google Analytics) to inform decisions

• Highly organised with strong project management skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• A collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

• Calm under pressure, detail-focused, and solutions-driven
