Burn Boot Camp Sussex is seeking an energetic, motivating, and community-driven Fitness Coach to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to coach within one of the nation's fastest-growing fitness brands while building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact on members' lives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead high-energy group fitness sessions
  • Coach members safely and effectively through workouts
  • Modify exercises for all fitness levels
  • Build strong relationships and celebrate member success
  • Support retention, engagement, and community growth
  • Assist with social media content and member spotlights
  • Participate in special events and community outreach
  • Help create an exceptional member experience every day
  • Support gym operations and team initiatives as needed

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPPORTUNITY:

  • We're seeking a coach with availability for a combination of early morning and evening coaching shifts.These are the peak training hours with our clients and ideally, we're looking for trainers who can service our studio's busiest times.
  • Additional daytime, leadership, member engagement, and operational hours may be available for the right candidate looking to grow within the organization.
  • This position offers the opportunity to expand responsibilities and hours over time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Certified Personal Trainer OR Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Current CPR/AED Certification
  • Strong knowledge of movement mechanics and exercise technique
  • Ability to coach clients of all fitness levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Comfortable engaging with members in person and on social media
  • Passion for helping others succeed

NUTRITION Have you ever joined a gym with the intention to improve your health and change the way you look but got frustrated with the lack of results? If you answered yes than you did not join a gym that taught you proper nutrition. We are different because we do a thorough body fat assessment taking 12 measurements and calculate for you your macros (protein, carbs & fat). This gives you your calorie count and is the most effective way to burn fat because they will be based off of YOUR gender, YOUR age, YOUR height, YOUR current weight, and YOUR amount of training. No cookie cutter approach or base template. It involves flexible dieting and doesn’t take away your wine!
