The Timber Frame Design Office Manager will lead and coordinate the design team to ensure accurate, timely outputs aligned with production requirements. This role involves managing workload allocation, supporting designer development, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve design-to-production workflows.
Candidates must have at least five years of experience as a designer, ideally in a timber frame environment, and at least two years of team leadership experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and document management systems is required, along with strong technical knowledge of timber frame design and production standards.
