The Administrative Assistant manages front office operations including answering phones, billing cases, and dispatching delivery drivers. They are also responsible for the physical unpacking and packing of dental restoration cases.
Candidates must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 15lbs. Dental laboratory experience is preferred but not required.

Nu-Art Dental LLC is a full-service dental laboratory providing restorations to dentists across the country. As the dental industry advances, so does Nu-Art. We have harnessed the power of the most advanced equipment and the latest technologies, CAD/CAM included, to fabricate the highest quality restorations precisely and consistently.
We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant for our Front Office at Nu-Art Dental Lab.
This key position will work Monday-Friday. This full-time position features employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and company-paid life insurance; paid holiday and vacation time; 401K with company contribution and more!
· Must be able to answer phones, screen calls and forward them.
· Must be able to stand most of the day.
· Entering cases, billing cases, placing orders, and dispatching our delivery drivers.
· Unpacking and packing of cases.
· Multitask and organizational skills a must.
· Work cooperatively in a team setting as well as independently.
· Friendly verbal skills.
· Must maintain regular attendance and here to work schedule due to fast paced, busy environment.
Dental Lab experience preferred but not required!!
