Directs and coordinates daily tasks for over 35 employees, including packers and trainers, while monitoring injection molding equipment. Responsible for completing production paperwork, entering downtime into SAP, and performing safety and quality audits.
Requires 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing team-leading role with prior packing experience. Must be able to interpret SAP reports and packaging specifications while working a flexible shift schedule including weekends.

Summary: Responsible for the production and upkeep on all Injection Molding equipment. Perform all duties to set up, run, and monitor the above equipment. Train employees on lower-level tasks as needed.
