The Assembly Technician I is responsible for building, testing, and calibrating precision electro-mechanical devices according to established technical standards. They must also maintain accurate production records and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and process improvements.
Candidates should possess the ability to follow complex technical instructions, drawings, and schematics while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The role requires physical dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a willingness to learn and apply technical assembly skills.

The base pay for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour depending on the geographic market.
This position provides an opportunity for competitive quarterly sales compensation based on an achievement to plan.
