The Medical Scribe is responsible for accurately documenting patient exams in Electronic Medical Records and ensuring billing documentation is submitted. They also partner with clinical staff to maintain efficient patient flow and provide patient education.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and while no previous experience is necessary, one year of direct patient care or scribing experience is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication, typing skills, and reliable transportation.
