The security ambassador is responsible for preventing inventory loss through active floor presence, surveillance, and customer engagement. They must also respond to emergency situations and maintain a professional, visible security presence in the store.
Candidates must be able to maintain an active floor presence and remain calm during safety issues or aggressive encounters. The role requires accountability, initiative, and the ability to meet local security licensing requirements.
The ideal asset protection security ambassador helps prevent loss of inventory through interactions and training with other coworkers, maintaining a visible presence throughout the store and interacting with customers in a professional and pleasant demeanor.
