The Asset Protection Agent is responsible for preventing theft, mitigating shrinkage, and ensuring the safety of customers and employees. This includes conducting apprehensions, monitoring surveillance systems, and serving as a member of the Emergency Response Team.
Candidates should possess strong judgment, communication skills, and the ability to remain calm in aggressive situations. Experience in investigative or security procedures is preferred, along with the ability to meet local licensing requirements.
