The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient environment across multiple locations by overseeing technicians, vendors, and building systems. They act as the primary point of contact for site occupants and landlords while ensuring all preventive maintenance and operational goals are met.
Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management and a strong technical background in building systems like HVAC and MEP. Proficiency in CMMS software and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
