①プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入／実施を促進す

②スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務や短期ベースで注力する業務を計画

③円滑な店舗運営を遂行するため、ヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング及びシッピングアンドレシービン
グなどをヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング責任者として管理する。

⑤戦略的計画の実行をリードするため、積極的に提案を行う。
⑥店舗内の関係部署と協働してスタッフのコーチングを行う。

・応募条件：
①Nike ブランド及びスポーツへのパッションとプロダクトの知識があること
②リテールでの販売及びチームリーダーとしての経験（雇用形態不問）
③リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること
④周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力と実行力があること
⑤問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること
