The phone operator manages patient scheduling, greets visitors, and maintains accurate medical and financial records. They also handle patient inquiries, process third-party claims, and ensure the reception area remains organized and welcoming.
The candidate must be reliable and capable of working on-site in Columbus, GA. Experience with eClinicalWorks is considered a plus for this role.
If you have experience with eClinicalWorks that is a plus. Pay is determined by your experience and ability. This is a full time position. Hours are from 7:30 Am to 4:00 Pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30 Am to 1:30 Pm on Fridays.
