Als Gym Operations Manager bist Du die treibende Kraft hinter diesem neuen Service: Du arbeitest eng mit dem RoboGym‑Produktteam zusammen, entwickelst Prozesse, KPIs und Geschäftsmodelle, führst das On‑Site‑Team aus AI‑ und Robotics‑Trainern, verantwortest das tägliche Kundenerlebnis – und machst all Deine Learnings zum Blueprint für zukünftige RoboGyms.
Du kombinierst strategisches Denken mit Hands‑on‑Umsetzung – baust einen hochwirksamen Betrieb auf und sorgst gleichzeitig dafür, dass für alle Kundenteams vor Ort der tägliche Ablauf reibungslos läuft.
Ein NEURAGym aufbauen und betreiben – den Service beweisen und das Playbook für kommende Standorte entwickeln
Das On‑Site‑Team führen (AI Trainer, Robotics Trainer, Logistik) und das erweiterte Supportnetzwerk koordinieren – Cloud Support, Robotics Service, IT – für ein nahtloses Kundenerlebnis
