The Patient Access Coordinator manages patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification to optimize provider schedules. They serve as a primary point of contact for patients and physicians while maintaining medical records and HIPAA compliance.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, phone communication, and the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
