The Site Engineering Manager will lead and develop a team of engineers to maintain production technology and drive continuous improvement initiatives. They are responsible for ensuring site safety, environmental compliance, and the efficient management of energy resources.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced industrial engineering environment and possess strong people management skills. A recognized electrical qualification and a solid understanding of health and safety legislation are required.

We are currently looking for a Site Engineering Manager to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into our Head of Operations you will lead a team of fantastic Engineers that manage and maintain some of the latest production technology within the food industry.
You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team who are responsible for driving and delivering against strategy and driving continuous improvement to delight our customers.
