Position Summary:
Industrial Painter
Primary duties are the ability to adhere to the
company’s policies, multitask, and conduct coatings operations safely under minimal supervision with maximal efficiency. Secondary duties extend to, not limited to, moderate forklift operation, minimal concrete work, and other tasks as required based on need.
Standard: Monday-Thursday, Friday as needed

Minimum Requirements:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
Employment for this role is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and MVR check in accordance with company policy and applicable laws and requires a DOT physical.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in coatings operations within an industrial environment. Including (not limited to) preparation (pressure wash cleaning, sanding, masking, rolling, etc.) and coatings application
(brush, roll, spray) with epoxies and urethanes.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with teams, vendors, and personnel.
Positive, “can-do” attitude with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Effective time-management skills and demonstrated ethical behavior.
Physical Requirements
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms, legs, and full body movement (e.g., climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, and crouching).
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required to safely operate welding equipment and hand tools.
• Visual acuity is necessary to read blueprints, measure components, and inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
• Must be able to tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and
fabrication shop conditions.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including welding
hood, gloves, steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
