The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to monitor progress.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification in good standing. One year of experience providing ABA services to children is preferred.
