The representative will manage incoming customer inquiries and provide effective solutions regarding Presto products and warranties. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer orders and call notes.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required, and the ability to speak Spanish is preferred.
