Plan and coordinate detailed travel itineraries, including managing bookings for hotels, transport, and activities. Manage the pool of tour guides and ski instructors while providing customer support via phone and email.
Requires a degree in Tourism or 1-3 years of industry experience with fluency in German and English. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess legal authorization to work in Switzerland.

This role will involve planning outstanding travel itineraries while coordinating hotels, transport, guides, restaurants, and activities to deliver exceptional travel experiences within budget.
While planning will be your primary focus, you'll also have opportunities to contribute ideas and collaborate on developing new travel experiences.
A person in this role is comfortable in an “all hands-on deck” environment, enjoy challenges, solving problems, is positive and is able to thrive in a fast-paced culture.
