The Technical Baseline Manager will lead the development and management of technical baselines, interface documentation, and systems engineering artifacts for space-based mission capabilities. They will coordinate technical changes across government and industry stakeholders while providing expert guidance on system integration, design reviews, and requirements verification.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in large-scale space systems engineering and an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI/SAP access. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science is required, along with proficiency in systems engineering standards and technical documentation.
