The dispatcher manages incoming weekend leads, coordinates technician schedules, and performs outbound follow-ups on estimates. They are responsible for maintaining accurate records in ServiceTitan and ensuring seamless communication between customers and field technicians.
Candidates should have strong self-management skills and experience with dispatching or customer service in a trade environment. Proficiency in ServiceTitan and the ability to work independently on weekends are highly preferred.
This is a remote position.
