Here at Williams, an independent trade-only plumbing and heating merchant, we're looking for a Branch Assistant to join our busy and friendly team in Worthing!
This is a varied and active role which includes: serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone, assisting with warehouse duties, and delivery driving (if you drive, not essential).

As our Customer Service Assistant, you'll be:
Maintaining the warehouse, including stock rotation and general housekeeping.
Serving on the trade counter and handling incoming enquiries.
Accurately picking orders in preparation for delivery.
Carrying out deliveries in the local area (if qualified).
Receiving, checking and storing incoming goods.
Assisting with the general upkeep of the branch.
Processing quotes.
Ideally, you are:
