  • Prepare in-depth credit analyses and business rationales to support approval requests above delegated authority levels.

  • Meet and communicate directly with customers’ senior financial leaders to gain insight into customer financial health and risk exposure.

  • Negotiate security arrangements to support credit limits not fully supported by financials and ensure timely renewal or replacement of security before expiration.

  • Apply sound judgment and conduct proper due diligence in accordance with Motiva’s Credit Policy standards.

  • Approve the release of product or liftings above established credit limits, as appropriate.

  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with strong commercial acumen.

  • Knowledge of and proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and RightAngle systems.

  • Experience supporting system implementations and project management, specifically with ETRM and Credit Risk systems.

  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and systems integration methodologies.

  • Experience identifying software enhancement opportunities, analyzing user needs, and recommending improvements to business processes and system efficiencies.
